The core manufacturing processes are all based around the use of etching into sheet metal, mainly brass or stainless steel. The system that has evolved is unique, and although etching of sheet metal is the main service, three dimensional objects can also be etched. Some more exotic materials have been etched, and a prestigious award was presented to the company for etching of silver. A unique process has been developed for deep etching which has removed the environmental and health hazards associated with the process.

Etchings can be enamel filled with any colour available in the Pantone® range, and when combined with halftones or graduated effects can create powerful colour images to present logos and designs to best effect. Etched steel can be machined, punched, laser or water-jet cut, or etched right through the metal to produce components to any degree of intricacy.
