At Multitechnic we don't dabble in etching - we specialise in it. By utilising state-of-the-art silicon chip technology we are able to offer our customers an unrivalled chemical etching service of the highest quality and reliability.

However, you can be sure it doesn't end there. When we say we are customer driven we really mean it. Our dedicated package includes a modern design service, faster response, higher levels of customer contact, attention to detail, after sales care and unbeatable deliveries - even on unusual orders - together with a firm commitment to mutual business development.

Faster response – well that’s what everyone says. We actually mean it. Most of our new customers come to us when their previous supplier has let them down – again. We are asked if we can do an urgent delivery because the job is required in 2 weeks. Oh please, don’t make us laugh, even without trying most jobs are completed in a few days, urgent to us means less than two days.

One of our customers came to us in a real state of panic. His previous supplier had been given the job to supply all the brass signs for a new hotel & had failed to deliver. This was told to us on Wednesday, the hotel was due to open at the weekend. Now that was an urgent job but we managed it, all signs delivered in time for fitting before the hotel opened.

We also delivered all the other jobs that had been promised for those few days of course.
